Terms of Use

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain the rules for visiting nextnovadigital.com (the “Website”) and requesting services from NextNova Digital (“NextNova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. A separate written quote, order, or service agreement may apply to a specific service. If it conflicts with these Terms, that signed or accepted service document controls for that service.

1. Who we are and what we offer

NextNova Digital provides independent information and assistance for printer setup, installation, wireless connectivity, driver and software setup, common printer errors, and certain Windows, Microsoft 365, and antivirus questions. The exact work, availability, price, and delivery method depend on your request and any written quote we provide. The Website is intended to help visitors understand our services and contact us; not every service can be ordered directly through the Website.

2. Independent provider and third-party brands

NextNova Digital is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by printer manufacturers, Microsoft, antivirus vendors, or other product brands unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products or describe compatibility. A brand reference is not an endorsement, partnership, or statement that the manufacturer will honor a warranty for work performed by us.

3. Website information is general

Website articles and service descriptions are general information. They may not reflect every model, operating-system version, software release, or network configuration. Do not rely on a general article as a substitute for device-specific instructions where a manufacturer requires a different process. If the device is under warranty, check the warranty terms and the manufacturer's guidance before changing hardware, firmware, or settings.

4. No guaranteed technical outcome

Technical problems can have several causes, and a result may depend on your printer, computer, operating system, router, internet provider, third-party software, and equipment condition. We will describe the proposed steps and known limitations as clearly as possible, but we cannot promise that every issue will be resolved, that a repair will prevent a future problem, or that third-party products will remain available or compatible. Nothing in these Terms limits a guarantee or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

5. Your eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase a service. If you contact us on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and to share the information needed for the request. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor's use of the Website and any service request.

6. Your responsibilities during support

To help us understand a request, provide accurate details about the device and problem, and tell us about steps already taken. You are responsible for confirming that you own or are authorized to use the device and any account involved.

7. Remote access and device changes

If remote access or screen sharing is offered for a particular request, it will begin only after you have agreed to the session and its purpose. You may refuse, pause, or end a session. Before approving access, close private files and sign out of accounts that are not needed. You remain responsible for approving actions on your device and should not provide credentials or one-time security codes. We will not ask you to disable essential security protections or install software from an unverified source as a condition of support.

8. Quotes, fees, payments, cancellations, and refunds

Calling, emailing, or sending a contact request does not by itself create a paid service contract. Before paid work begins, we will explain the scope, price, payment method, cancellation terms, and any applicable refund terms in a written quote or service agreement. You may ask questions before accepting. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote. Statutory consumer rights and refund rights that apply to you are not waived by this section.

9. Accounts and communications

The Website does not require an account unless a particular feature expressly says otherwise. If a future feature allows account access, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Messages sent through the Website or by email may not be secure or private; do not include information that is not needed to respond to your request.

10. Intellectual property and permitted use

Website text, layout, graphics, and other materials are owned by NextNova Digital or used with permission, except for third-party materials and marks owned by others. You may view or print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, alter, republish, sell, or distribute Website content or use our branding without written permission, except where applicable law allows it.

11. Third-party websites and services

The Website may refer to manufacturer pages, software vendors, payment providers, or other third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, security, warranties, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third party's acts or omissions, and a link or product reference is not an endorsement.

12. Website availability and security

We may change, suspend, or remove Website features for maintenance, security, or business reasons. We use reasonable measures to keep the Website available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Website will always be free of errors, harmful components, or unauthorized activity. Do not attempt to probe, overload, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make a promise that the Website's general information is complete for every situation or that any particular device will be compatible with a third-party product. These Terms do not exclude rights, warranties, or remedies that applicable law makes non-waivable.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NextNova Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or a service. This does not limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. Any additional service-specific limit will be stated in the written agreement and will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the Website, deliberate misuse of our systems, or infringement of another person's rights. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or for a right that cannot be waived.

16. Suspension or termination

We may refuse or stop a Website interaction or service if we reasonably believe it creates a safety, security, legal, or payment risk, or if a user materially breaches these Terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and any steps needed to resolve it. A service agreement may contain additional cancellation or termination rules.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when our services, Website, or legal obligations change. We will post the current version here and update the “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the posted date. A change will not retroactively alter a service agreement that already applies to you unless the law or that agreement allows it.

18. Applicable law and consumer rights

These Terms are subject to applicable law. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections available where you live continue to apply and are not waived by these Terms. Any service-specific dispute process or governing-law term will be stated in the written service agreement where applicable.

19. Contact us
